Complaints
We recognise that an occasion may arise when the service we provide falls short of your expectations. To help address such cases we have a complaints procedure. If this should occur please direct your complaint to the Clinic Manager, by letter or email: penny@skincheck.co.uk. Alternatively, as we are registered with the Healthcare Commission, you can raise your complaint with them by visiting the Healthcare commission website www.healthcarecommission.org.uk.
